Dr. Lorenzo Di Girolamo received his Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University in 1992 and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo in 1996. He completed an internship at Omni Eye Specialists in Baltimore, Maryland where he received extensive training in the treatment and management of eye diseases.

Upon graduation, Dr. Lorenzo Di Girolamo practiced primary care optometry for two years at various clinics throughout the greater Toronto area. He then divided his time between performing post-operative care of laser refractive patients at clinics in Hamilton and Fort Erie as well as teaching clinical optometry to fourth year students at the University of Waterloo.

From 1998 to 2010, he enjoyed practicing in Maple as an associate optometrist providing family eye care. In March 2011, Dr. Lorenzo Di Girolamo opened Vaughan Eye Care where he continues to provide full scope optometric care for patients of all ages.
